I particularly identify with the triggers that aren't just food, light and smells were big ones for me too. I remember valiantly trying to put my son to bed during my 3rd pregnancy and running away to vomit because if the smell of his hair, still the memory distresses me, that the smell of my own beautiful child could do this.
Oh my goodness, I completely understand. The boys' hair always held the smell of outside and it would be such a huge trigger. Well done pushing on through to welcome three children... it's not easy by any means x
